INGREDIENTS

398 ml Falesca White Cannellini Beans

1 cup chopped Falesca Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic Paste

1/4 cup Iliada Kalamata Oil PDO Tin

Frantoi Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premiere DOP to drizzle

1 box of Crich Crackers Salted

1/2 lemon juiced

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Parsley/Rosemary for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the drained beans, chopped sundried tomatoes, garlic paste, juiced lemon, and Iliada olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with Frantoi Cutrera olive oil.
  5. Garnish, dip with crackers, and enjoy!
