INGREDIENTS

500g La Molisana #626 Fresh Potato Gnocchi

1/2 jar Falesca Pomodoro & Basilico Pasta Sauce

1 tbsp Reggiano Parmigiano, grated

2-3 fresh basil leaves

salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Generously salt boiling water. Cook the Fresh Gnocchi for 2 minutes or until they float
  2. Strain the pasta water and pour in Pomodoro & Basilico sauce. Mix until gnocchi is coated
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Garnish with grated Reggiano Parmigiano and fresh basil
