INGREDIENTS
500g La Molisana #626 Fresh Potato Gnocchi
1/2 jar Falesca Pomodoro & Basilico Pasta Sauce
1 tbsp Reggiano Parmigiano, grated
2-3 fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Generously salt boiling water. Cook the Fresh Gnocchi for 2 minutes or until they float
- Strain the pasta water and pour in Pomodoro & Basilico sauce. Mix until gnocchi is coated
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with grated Reggiano Parmigiano and fresh basil
