INGREDIENTS

2 packs AUGA Organic Double Steamed Chickpeas

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup La Molisana "00" Flour

1/4 cup mashed banana

3 tbsp Colavita Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
  2. Blend all ingredients (except chips) until smooth in a food processor
  3. Mix in chips, and pour into a greased or parchment-lined oven-safe pan
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
  5. Let them cool for before cutting them into squares
