2 packs Burrata Italian Deliziosa

3 cups cherry heirloom tomatoes, halved

Drizzle of Frantoi Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premiere DOP

Drizzle of De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 55%

1 baguette, toasted with Iliada Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Salt and pepper to taste

Handful of basil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut your tomatoes in half and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Slice your baguette and spray with olive oil. Toast until crispy
  3. Place your burrata onto a large plate and place the tomatoes around
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt
  5. Add the baguette and garnish with basil
