INGREDIENTS
500g La Molisana Organic #28 Fusilli
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Iliada Organic Kalamata Oil Tin
1/4 cup Falesca Pesto Genovese
1/4 cup Falesca Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup mozzarella balls
2 cups of grape tomatoes
Handful of basil leaves
Drizzle of De Nigris Organic Glaze with Balsamic
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and cook Organic #20 for 11 min
- Toss pasta in olive oil
- Mix pesto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar and shake until well combined
- Add grape tomatoes and mozzarella balls
- Pour the dressing over the salad and season to taste with salt and pepper
- Drizzle balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil
