INGREDIENTS

500g La Molisana Organic #28 Fusilli

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Iliada Organic Kalamata Oil Tin

1/4 cup Falesca Pesto Genovese

1/4 cup Falesca Organic Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup mozzarella balls

2 cups of grape tomatoes

Handful of basil leaves

Drizzle of De Nigris Organic Glaze with Balsamic

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and cook Organic #20 for 11 min
  2. Toss pasta in olive oil
  3. Mix pesto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar and shake until well combined
  4. Add grape tomatoes and mozzarella balls
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and season to taste with salt and pepper
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil
