2 packs Auga Double Steamed Chickpeas
1/2 jar of Falesca Roasted Peppers
1/3 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup feta
1/4 cup Iliada Kalamata Sliced Olives
Handful of cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1+ 1/2 tbsp Colavita Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tbsp of honey
Handful of parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a mason jar, combine all wet ingredients. Make sure that the honey is well integrated
- Combine vegetables and chickpeas in a large bowl.
- Drizzle dreassing over salad and top with feta. Give it a good mix and enjoy!
