INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix green olives stuffed with pepper and a good amount of olive oil in a medium-sized bowl. 
  2. Whip cream cheese, sour cream, vodka, and olive brine until smooth.
  3. Chop leftover olives and mix into the previous mixture for additional texture.
  4. Spread the martini dip onto a plate, pile borettane onions in the middle, and drizzle balsamic glaze to taste. 
  5. Dip with our focaccia crackers and enjoy!
