INGREDIENTS
1 jar of Illiada Green Olives Stuffed With Pepper
Illiada Extra Virgin Olive Oil Platinum Kalamata PDO
1 jar of Falesca Borettane Onions in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
De Nigris Low Sugar Balsamic Glaze
1 box of La Mole It's Focaccia Olive crackers
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 oz vodka
1 oz olive brine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix green olives stuffed with pepper and a good amount of olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
- Whip cream cheese, sour cream, vodka, and olive brine until smooth.
- Chop leftover olives and mix into the previous mixture for additional texture.
- Spread the martini dip onto a plate, pile borettane onions in the middle, and drizzle balsamic glaze to taste.
- Dip with our focaccia crackers and enjoy!
