  1. Grill your italian sausage
  2. Slice your bun but don't slice all the way through
  3. Place rapini in the bun and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Place your italian sausage in and layer sun-dried tomatoes, hot eggplant strips and roasted peppers
  5. Drizzle glaze on top and enjoy!
