INGREDIENTS

500g La Molisana Whole Wheat #30 Orecchiette

1 pack Auga Organic Double Steamed Chickpeas

1/2 cup Iliada Kalamata Olives Low Salt

2 tbsp Colavita Tomato Paste

2 sprigs rosemary

Pinch of red pepper flakes

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp Iliada Organic Kalamata Olive Oil

5 cups of water

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Handful of arugula

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the pasta, chickpeas, olives, tomato paste, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, olive oil, and water into a large pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes until the liquid becomes a sauce and the pasta is al dente
  3. Add in the parmesan, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and chives
  4. Garnish with extra parmesan before serving
