INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and cook La Molisana Orecchiette until al dente
  2. While the pasta is cooking, place a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the Colavita Olive Oil, Pepper Oil and Garlic Paste to the pan and stir
  3. Add the Falesca Rapini, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Give everything a good stir
  4. Next, add the cooked pasta and a generous splash of pasta water to the pan
  5. Cook everything together for another minute
  6. Divide the pasta between shallow bowls, top each with a generous drizzle of Frantoi Cutrera Premiere DOP Olive Oil and freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  7. Serve and enjoy!
