INGREDIENTS
500g La Molisana #30 Orecchiette Pugliesi
1 jar Falesca Rapini, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Falesca Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp Colavita Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Pepper Oil
1/2 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic Paste
Drizzle of Frantoi Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premiere DOP
1/2 cup Falesca Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and cook La Molisana Orecchiette until al dente
- While the pasta is cooking, place a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the Colavita Olive Oil, Pepper Oil and Garlic Paste to the pan and stir
- Add the Falesca Rapini, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Give everything a good stir
- Next, add the cooked pasta and a generous splash of pasta water to the pan
- Cook everything together for another minute
- Divide the pasta between shallow bowls, top each with a generous drizzle of Frantoi Cutrera Premiere DOP Olive Oil and freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
- Serve and enjoy!
