INGREDIENTS

1 cup La Molisana "00" Flour

3/4 cup milk

2 tbsp Falesca Organic White Wine Vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

2 tbsp butter, melted

Iliada Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

berries of choice

chocolate chips

powdered sugar

syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the milk and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside
  2. In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix until well combined
  3. Add the egg and melted butter to the milk mixture. Mix until smooth
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixture together until there are no visible lumps
  5. Using the Iliada spray, coat a large skillet with olive oil. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  6. In a squeeze bottle, portion the batter into bite-sized pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface or until golden brown
  7. Transfer the pancakes to a bowl. Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and syrup
