INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sprinkle the surface with pizza semola flour to prevent sticking
  2. Cut the pizza dough into 1/2" pieces and flatten
  3. Add some oil into the pizza sauce
  4. Spread the sauce over the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese
  5. Top each pizza with sliced olives, roasted peppers, mushrooms
  6. Coat the oven with olive oil and bake at 350F for 7 minutes
