Made from our Gold Eagle Balsamic Vinegar (55%) and slowly cooked with the pulp of sun-ripened Italian figs. It is recommended for roasted meats and fish.
Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (“Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”) 65% (concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, coloring caramel). Must of fig 35%. CONTAINS: Sulfites. 4% acidity.
