Dry Chickpeas

Chickpeas, often known as Garbanzo Beans, are a great source of plant-based protein. They are ideal for a variety of recipes from hummus to curries.

For easy preparation and cooking, be sure to soak your chickpeas in a large bowl with at least 4 times their volume of water overnight or at least 8 hours.
