Premiere Double is produced on the Hyblaean Mountains in south-eastern Sicily from old organic P.D.O. certificated plants grown at 350-450m above sea level in a hilly terrane facing south territory.
Smells of balanced fruity with notes of pronounced green tomato, artichoke and aromatic fresh herbs. The flavour is full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well-balanced note, has hints of artichoke. Perfect to use on roasted meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, grilled fish, green and grilled vegetables.
