La Molisana Chicche Gnocchi di Patate is made with potatoes and flour. These gorgeous mini gnocchi are so quick and easy to cook, they simply take only 2-3 minutes. Put gnocchi in boiling salted water and as soon as they float to the surface they are ready to be eaten. Simply drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
